Payment is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required upon check-in. However, 50% deposit is allowed at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. Refunds are subject to the apartment's policy.
Standard check-in time is 1:30 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Guests must provide valid identification (e.g., Driver Licence, NIN Card, Int'l Passport, Work Permit) upon check-in for verification.
Rooms and apartments are subject to a maximum occupancy limit of 2. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the capacity.
Noise disturbances or disruptive behavior that affects other guests will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of a violation.
Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking agreement. Service animals are permitted in accordance with local regulations.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any lost or stolen items should be reported immediately to the management.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including rooms, hallways, and public spaces. Designated smoking areas may be available.
The apartment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests should ensure their own safety by following all hotel policies and instructions.
